The Art of Creating Together

If you are on this page, it is because you are showing an interest in collaborating with me, and I thank you. This page explains how we work together to create artistic excellence. Please follow the steps below carefully.

Passionate about capturing authenticity and Fine Art portraiture, I dedicate part of my time to collaboration projects (TFP). This is a space of total freedom: an opportunity to test new techniques and bring to life an artistic vision outside my commercial framework.

How it Works

Step 1: Read the Easy Release contract below. Date and sign it digitally. You will receive a copy during our session.
Step 2: Propose your collaboration by filling out the form. Models are responsible for their own makeup and hair. Please bring 2 to 3 outfit changes. Deliver 3 to 4 reference photos via email.
Step 3: Book your photo session according to available dates.

Required signature before the session begins.

1. Consent and Copyright

The Signatory irrevocably grants Joel Bourgoin (As I Am Photography) the right to use, publish, and reproduce images from this session for professional promotion. In accordance with the Copyright Act of Canada, the Photographer remains the sole owner of the copyright.

2. Breach Penalty

The Model acknowledges that this session is a TFP exchange. Should the Signatory request the removal of images after delivery, they agree to pay a $750.00 CAD penalty fee.

I am truly looking forward to meeting you and merging our creative worlds to bring these projects to life. Photography is, above all, a human adventure, and each collaboration is a unique opportunity to capture fresh authenticity. For me, comfort and a welcoming atmosphere are essential to the artistic process.

This is why, for long-term projects or full-day expeditions, I make it a habit to take care of my collaborators. If our session takes place deep in nature or in a camping area, I will be delighted to provide the meal, allowing us to take a well-deserved break and discuss our shared vision. My goal is for you to feel completely confident, supported, and inspired from start to finish. Together, let’s transform your essence into a timeless work of art.
